Who Do We Vote In 2019?!

Who Do We Vote In 2019?!

I’ve heard many people say that they are not going to vote president Buhari in the next presidential elections, but the problem is, even if you don’t vote him who will you vote? Who is the better candidate? Who is that Nigerian politician that is ready to put the needs of the people above that of his own, family and his political party and oh, I forgot their so called “godfathers”.

Can Having Sex With A Sex Doll Be Classified As A Sin, Can You Cheat With A Sex Doll ?!!

These are two of the most frequently asked questions, since the human like dolls showed up on the market and we have done some surveys to see the views of both the religious fanatics and the religious critics.

Dear African Elders, Respect Is Earned not “Dashed”

Dear African Elders, Respect Is Earned not “Dashed”

So here I was at this shop watching a football match, when I saw a young boy in the other shop doing some school work. I realized that this boy would probably be in his junior secondary, good old days I thought. This boy was small in stature, he won’t be able to touch the roof of the shop where he was, although it was relatively low. He reminded me of myself in my junior secondary school days, I smiled and just and continued watching the soccer game, or football as we called it.

Call To End Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)!!

Is female genital mutilation still happening now?

"Even if it is, it’s probably something that happens in those rural areas, not like in urban areas. Because I don’t think it is something educated people still practice"

THE ME YOU’LL NEVER SEE

The thing about people is that they don’t care about who you really are, most care about who they want you to be. What do I mean?
The society paints this picture of who we are supposed to be, and instead of keeping true to ourselves, we end up molding ourselves according to societal standards.

YES RELIGION IS “F**KED” UP TOO!!

When u look around without the religious logs on your eyes, you’ll realize that half of the killings and wars around the world today are either caused by greed or religious teachings.
Don’t get me wrong cos I for one am a catholic and I believe in God, but I dislike a whole lot of religious teachings and i don't believe in those teachings.

African Women Demand For The Best From Your Men!!

So I saw this annoying post asking if there are ladies of 20yrs who are still Virgins, now my question is... " do girls lose their virginity on their own? It's still the same stupid guys asking this rubbish that move around deceiving and having sex up and down with anything in skirts...
Can we even find a boy of 15yrs that is still a Virgin?! ... Rubbish!! ....
As if keeping virginity is only for girls,...
This kind of thinking and mentality is what makes our grown up married men, think it's ok to go around and cheat, or to go around raping innocent girls, after they'll just blame the ladies... This just have to stop, enough is enough,....
Dear women
Please demand the same values u have from ur man, if are a good lady do not settle for anything less than  a gentleman that'll value and treat u right.
African women demand for the best from ur men, pls emulate the French and English women, they can't settle for less...
If u all unite and start demanding for the best from us men I bet u, we the men would Change for good....

Naija @56, What Have We Achieved?

Naija @56, What Have We Achieved?

Our Flag Of Pride

Nigeria celebrates her Independence today. Today marks our 56th year of existence as a nation. One would think that at 56 a lot of improvements and changes would have been felt by her citizens in such a long time but the reverse has been the case.

Nigeria has struggled to live up to the hype of being the Giant of Africa

Poverty Syndrome

Poverty Syndrome

An analysis on the Causes of Poverty Can anyone really define poverty? At least not more than a man who hardly gets a meal a day, at least not more than a child who puts on one set of clothes for a year, or a home of seven children in a room apartment or a constant meal of processed cassava soaked in water so as to multiply. The United nations have clearly stated that a man is said to be poor if he doesn't spend above two dollars a day, going by that poverty seems to be closer than it seems and that means almost one out of every five Nigerians are poor.

Poverty is indeed a chronic disease, it made a woman sell her baby for 20,000 Naira, it made a man order his wife to sleep with his boss so as to get a promotion in the office

When I First Found You

when i first found you

I was walking along a miniature farm land when my eyes marauded only to find a worthy jewel dressed in old tattered clothes, I was impulse to make the most out of you. When I first found you no one was interested in you. None had the slightest interest in you. None had the slightest hope in you.

Be yourself, F**k the Society

Be yourself, F**k the Society

Be yourself, F**k the Society

All week I had been thinking of what write for this yearbook and just a second ago, it hit me.

A wise man once said “beauty is being able to say ‘F**K you’ to the society (#sulibreaks),

Beauty is not perfect, beauty is not being shirtless,

Beauty is writing a program for days and when it says error after its being run, you start all over again,

Beauty is being able to be yourself and decide on what and what not to do, even when the society says otherwise,

Everyone Is Born Great!

Everyone Is Born Great!

Everyone Is Born Great!

So many people often think that some people are born great while others are not, some others also believe that once you are born into a privileged family (like a royal family)  that are bound to be great.
That’s not true!
Some others, especially the youths think that imitating someone who is already successful, maybe the way the walk, talk or dress that it will in a way make you become successful.
That’s not true either

There are certain things that every great man or successful man or woman who has ever lived possess and they are;
Uniqueness
Discipline
Sense of direction

I Am Me

I Am Me

I Am Me

When I was little, we were asked what we wanted to be when we grow up

And while my friends were busy shouting, Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, I said “I want to be a business tycoon when I grow up”

My teacher looked at me disappointed for giving such a horrible answer

This made me feel as though I had announced of having cancer

I lowered my head in shame, to avoid the pitiful glares of my fellow classmate

But then my best friend said to me in game “you are insane in a good way mate”

He said “do not let them decide the future for you”

“Rather, make them see good being unique is for your”

I lifted up my head from where I had hidden my face in shame

And swore that no man would make me feel this shame again.

I am me!

Year 2016

Year 2016

I had hoped to post this stuff earlier but then I live in a developing country where many factors can hinder your plans, but nevertheless i still get to post it.
First of all I want to say a little thing about this stuff called “New Year Resolution”.

New Year Resolutions

They are promises people make to themselves mostly at the turn of the year which they intend to keep till the year runs out, at least that’s the idea.

Reasons why it often fails

The main reason why this promises or guidelines are often broken includes;

The Thrills of High School Reunions

The Thrills of High School Reunions

Many at times in life, we start to miss the people with whom we have shared the better part of lives.
We tend to miss the same people whom we used to detest when we were with them,We miss the guys whom we fought with when we were in high school,We start to miss the same girl who used to rat us out to our form mistress for noise making or for disturbing her.We tend to miss the same guy who snatched our high school heartthrob from you.We begin miss the same girl who insulted us in front of your peers just because you wanted to date her.

Sufferings of a Nigerian Student

 Sufferings of a Nigerian Student
Students taking lectures sitting on the floor

I wanted to write about the African student but I decided to write this one first since “charity they say begins at home”.

Being a student in Nigeria is the most herculean task I know.

You first start from the kindergarten, then spend three years in the nursery school, then six years in both primary and secondary schools, then another four, five or six years in the university, depending on your course and of course you can leave out the years when the teachers would go on strike due to one issue or the other with the government.

That’s a complete total of at least twenty years if you didn’t repeat any class along the line.

OPPORTUNITY COMES BUT ONCE?!! THAT'S JUST CRAP!!!

OPPORTUNITY COMES BUT ONCE?!! THAT’S JUST CRAP!!!

I have heard people said that crap since I was a kid, that opportunities comes just once in life and I did actually believe them then.

Right from my primary school days I was taught that opportunity come just once, I was taught that in both classrooms, seminars, church etc. and then as a kid i did believe it.

So I did what every other kid did, I was always on the watch for that opportunity, ready to pounce on it once it come but then In my wait for this opportunity that was supposed to show up just once I got older and then realized something more important.

Please my good readers, whenever someone tells you that opportunity comes just once I need you to do one thing for me, slap the hell out of that person so as to wake him or her from their slumber.
